What is plogging?
Picking up litter while you jog, walk or ride. You do the route you were going to do anyway, and leave it cleaner than you found it.
Is Nitrx free?
Yes — free to join, free to post, and no ads.
Do I need to be a runner?
No. Walk, cycle, or just do a lap of your own street. Every piece you pick up counts the same.
How is impact counted?
In pieces. You log how many pieces of litter you picked up on each plog, and the community total adds them up one by one.
Is it safe?
Use gloves and a grabber, and leave anything sharp or hazardous to your local waste service. Never put yourself at risk for a post.
